Yes, since all of our pieces are custom made, we’re happy to adjust the length, sleeves, neckline, or other details to match your preferences. Just let us know what you’d like—we’ll make it for you.

Our garments are made to measure for the best fit, tailored to your exact measurements and preferences. You can provide sizing in two ways—both are fine, so just choose what’s most convenient:

Option 1: Custom Size (no extra fee)

Share your bust, waist, hips, height, and weight. It’s simple—we’ll send you a guide!

Option 2: Standard Size

Refer to the size chart on the product page and double-check your choice. For best results, we also recommend sharing your usual size (e.g., US 6, UK 14), plus your height and weight.

Whether you select Custom or Standard Size, we still rely on your measurements for the most accurate fit.

We also offer color and design customization—feel free to tell us your ideas!

Yes, all of our linen has been pre-washed to soften the fabric and reduce shrinkage. It’s ready to wear and gets softer with every wash.

For non-embroidered pieces, production takes about 7 business days. For embroidered items, please allow 10–14 days, as each design is hand-embroidered with care and precision.

Shipping time to the US is typically 8–12 days, and to other countries, it ranges from 10–15 days.

Yes, we love creating personalized pieces. If you have a specific embroidery pattern or design in mind, feel free to send us a photo or sketch—we’ll go over the details with you and provide a quote based on your request.

All our garments are made-to-measure and are considered Final Sale.

We only accept returns or refunds if the issue is verified as a manufacturing error on our part.

Unfortunately, no. We cannot offer a refund or exchange for incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

However, we offer several alteration support options (see Section 3 of our policy) and are happy to assist.

The fastest and most cost-effective solution is our Local Alteration Reimbursement (Option 3A).

We will reimburse up to $25 USD for local tailoring costs with a valid receipt.

This saves you both time and significant international shipping fees.

We strongly recommend Option 3A — Local Alteration, as it avoids costly international shipping.

If you choose to send the item back to Vietnam, please note that two-way international shipping is at the customer’s expense and can be quite high.

Please contact us immediately with clear photos of the issue.

If the flaw is confirmed as a manufacturing error, we will cover the full return shipping costs and provide a refund or remake.

We provide a detailed measurement guide with step-by-step photos.

You’re also welcome to send us photos or a short video while measuring — we’re happy to review them to ensure accuracy.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery for any sizing or craftsmanship concerns.

• If the issue is due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer → Buyer is responsible for return shipping to our studio in Hanoi, Vietnam.
• If the issue is a confirmed manufacturing error → We cover the full return shipping cost.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After that, we begin customizing your garment, and cancellations are no longer possible.
