Hand washing is highly recommended, especially for linen with hand-embroidered patterns. Machine washable, please follow these instructions:

- Wash with cold water on a gentle cycle using mild detergent and a short wash. For embroidered pieces, turn them inside out to protect the embroidery.

- Use a laundry bag and avoid washing with items that could cause damage, such as clothing with zippers.

- Do not bleach.

- Air dry whenever possible.

- For a naturally soft linen look, avoid ironing and leave it slightly creased.

- To remove wrinkles, iron inside out on low heat. Avoid using steam on embroidered areas—iron on the reverse side or place a pressing cloth over the embroidery before ironing.

This is a custom-made order, so all sales are final. Returns are only accepted if:

- The item does not match the provided size and measurements.

- It is unworn, unwashed, with all tags and labels intact.

- The return is shipped to our studio in Hanoi, Vietnam.

- Returns must reach us within 14 days of delivery.

- The buyer covers return shipping costs to Vietnam.
